Overview

We partnered with a global automotive group to help them setup Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate and Power BI). The goal was to empower business teams worldwide to develop scalable, professional-grade, and user-friendly automation and reporting solutions and set up governance, compliance, and IT support.

Our role

We played a pivotal role in supporting use cases, providing training, and setting up the Power Platform services to ensure long-term operational independence. Our key contributions included: 

Training & Enablement

We trained users and developers on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, equipping them with the skills to build and manage their own solutions. 

Governance Setup

We worked closely with both IT and business stakeholders to establish governance frameworks ensuring compliance, security, and scalability. 

Service Design & Documentation

We helped design the internal Power Platform and Power BI services, creating documentation and best practices for long-term success. 

Community Building

To sustain adoption, we developed a SharePoint site and a Teams community to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing. 

Complex Case Development & Handover

For more complex use cases, we led the development efforts before handing the solutions back to business users, ensuring knowledge transfer and sustainability. 

Migration to Microsoft Fabric

We supported the transition to Microsoft Fabric, enabling a more integrated and scalable data architecture for analytics and reporting. 

Ongoing Support & IT Integration

Beyond the PoC, we continue to support business teams by providing development assistance to the internal IT for their most complex problems as a flexible expert resource.
